My Question or Issue

My bank said it was processed and the money was out on April 6th, but somehow Spotify sees it as unsuccessful on April 12.

This, honestly can be my last Premium for Students subscription, as I am already graduated for quite some time.

 

But I won't pay twice obviously, so ... any help on this? Thank you.

Hey there @killdistance! Welcome to the Spotify Community.

 

Could you check with your bank if it's a pending or if it fully cleared, In this case could you reach out to the Spotify Support team here with proof of payment and they'll be able to locate this and match it with your account or identify why it hasn't cleared backstage. Regarding the Student Discount, Spotify have moved provider for verification late last year so it should drop off sometime soon as it now expires after 12 months but if you mention it to the advisor they can remove it from their end.

Now it actually re-paying it again today by itself, so I paid twice.
