Just checked my account and looks like im being charged for premium allthough I have checked my two accounts and none of the are premium. Can I somehow trace the payment to a spotify-account?

Hey @Snickersz!

 

If you are sure you only have the two accounts, and they are currently both on free I would suggest first you check your bank account for any pending charges/charges from Spotify.

 

If  so, please then check if you have recieved any payment reciepts via email from Spotify for them charges (you may also need to check your spam folder in case they have snuck past.)

 

Could you also confirm whether you have ever had any free trial offers in the past on any of them accounts?
