My Question or Issue

i didnt have a spotify account, and i got charged somehow....is there anyway i can get my money back or at least cancel the subscription? i dont know what email or anything the card is attached to that has a spotify.

Please, check out this support article and follow the steps provided under the Do you have more than one Premium account? part.

Thanks for giving it a try!

In this case I'd recommend reaching out to customer support and they will be happy to help you cancel your subscription. 

You can find the contact form at the bottom of the Do you have more than one Premium account? part from my previous response.
