The yearly, six months and 3 months offers are prepaid payments only available in some markets at the moment. To check if your country has pre-paid payments, check the plans here. If it only shows monthly payments, that means that the pre-paid payments are not available yet.

Make sure you're logged in to your account in the upper-right corner of the webpage, so the system can display the current plans and prices for your market.
