My Question or Issue

After Spotify announced the price hikes last month, I switched our subscription from Premium Family to Basic Family. I have a €0,01 transaction from Spotify dating back to 24-04-2025 that was done to set up the new automatic invoices. Today however I got charged the increased amount for Premium Family. Checked my account it now says I have Premium Family again.

Please rectify the subscription change that was reverted for some reason and do a chargeback for the difference in price between Basic Family and Premium Family.

 

ps It’s ridiculous that these kind of support questions have to be done on a public forum
