Postal code doesnt work(canada)

My postal code for my credit card (000 000) but spotify you cant add spaces so it is (000000) so I cant renew

Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community! Don't worry, we're here to help 🙂

You should be able to add all payment details without the spacing in the required fields. Could you try again using a private or an incognito browser? Sometimes your cache and cookies can cause such issues and this is an easy fix.

If that doesn't work, you can share a couple of screenshots of what you are seeing. This would help us a lot in identifying the cause for this issue. You can use the Insert Photos option in the post editor to do this.
 
Tip: Make sure the screenshot doesn’t show any sensitive info such as payment or personal data.
