I am not getting lucky to activate the 2nd subscription , we are in the same country and address .

Hey @MAzzam, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

 

Can you ask the plan’s manager to send you another invite following these steps? Once you get the invite, try accepting and verify using a different browser or private window. Make sure that the address is written the exact same way  as the plan’s manager’s.

 

If you’re still having issues, please send a screenshot of the error message being shown. Make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community.
