Can't I pay annually?

Just finished my free trial off and made my first monthly payment by credit card. I prefer to pay annually but can't find that option anywhere on the website. I'm doing all of this on a computer, (not a mobile device)
Where is that option??

Is it possible in Italy an annual payment? I already tried but for now it is not. Maybe there will be a date in which you can subscribe for one year here?
