Premium Family different name?!

Premium Family different name?!

Today I upgraded to premium family and invited my family members. They got the invitation but it was from a different name instead of mine. Should they still continue with filling out the gaps or can someone tell me what is happening? Thanks for the support. Amy

Hey there @amylin2801,

 

Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community!

 

The Premium for Family invite email includes the name provided when the plan was initially set up. If you've typed the wrong name at that time, no worries! This is only visible in the invites sent and it shouldn't affect how the plan works.
