i have deleted my account which was a premium account. then, i recovered my account and i found out that my subscription is free. then, i tried to redeem my 6-months free premium subscription by umobile for my postpaid plan. it was said that i am already on premium and that i need to use a different number. if my previous subscription was really cancelled, why does it show that my subscription is free but on the redemption website for umobile my account is on premium and i haven’t cancelled my subscription yet?

Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community!

 

Keep in mind that it's only possible to close an account if it’s on our free, ad-supported service. If you have Premium, you first need to cancel and wait until your account has reverted back to Free.

 

With this in mind, it sounds like you have more than one accounts on Spotify, one on Free that you closed and restored and one on Premium. In this case, we'd recommend checking out this support site article here to find more info on how to locate and access them.
