Premium Family

I live with my sister and she has sent me numerous emails about me joining her premium family plan and not one has worked. Everytime I enter the information it sends me back to the same application saying "oops". She doesn't pay $14.99 a month for it to not work with the family. Help.

Dear Admin 

there is no exact message.  The email that the family member gets takes them to subscription page.  They then need to purchase a subscription and then hopefully it would allow the family member to connnect but it doesn't.  I am trying to get my husband on the family account but without any success.  I wish you had a phone number that we could call because £15 per month is expensive if it doesn't work

In your initial post you said that the site's showing you an 'oops' error. The message is a little longer than that, so i'm asking you to please post the exact error message 🙂

Could you point us to the official support service, then? I've been trying to find it, but so far I've only found this statement: "Have questions, answers, ideas about Spotify? Ask or join our Community!"
