I have recently summit to have spotify premium but it doesn't work. I already have the receipt but my account doesn't recognize me as a premium user.
Anybody can help me with my problem?

but my phone says the date when it ends but it isn't on my spotify

I am paying for 6 months! But it does'nt work either. Ridiculous that we can't contact anyone to get this solved!

Really upset with the fact I can't get in contact with any one from spotify. I am payning since september 2016!! And it doens't work.
Before it did because I got it through a package with KPN.
I even payed dubble for 6 months!

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please get in contact with Spotify support and they can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook They usually respond within 48 hours!
