I paid for premium on the 28th of April, It is now 17th of May and the premium has ended. Is it supposed to do this? I paid for a FULL month of premium. I am very upset especially since I can’t afford premium anymore

Thanks for the post.
Most likely your last payment has failed multiple times, so the system has tried to take the subscription amount for a few days in a row without success. Essentially, not cancelling your Premium subscription on the day the first payment has failed. Once the payment goes through your subscription is automatically extended.

I used a gift card for my subscription started on July 24th 2022 ended June 19th 2023 then I used another gift card while they said i would get my month back. Well surprise it expired on June 19th again. So right now I could be using a phone that has no SIM card no internet connection to attempt to get my three and a half plus weeks back 😉

Thanks for the reply. From what you've described, it seems your billing date is on the 19th, which is why it stayed there. Regarding why that might be the case, it's most likely related to failed payments as previously explained by @Alex. The best course of action would be to double check your receipts page to see how everything has transpired date by date.

I renewed my subscription on September 16th. It's October 3rd and it went out this morning. It hasn't even been a month
