Premium family account not working

Premium family account not working

My family's spotify premium account stopped working this morning and say we are all on the free accounts now. Our last payment for premium cleared on 10/10/18 just 9 days ago. We have tried everything the robots have told us to do multiple times and would like to just speak to a person to fix this.

Could you let us know if you got any message saying why your subscription has stopped? Be sure to ask the administrator as this is the person that most likely received the message.

 

Let us know as well what happens when you try to re-join your plan. That'll help us to troubleshoot. Keep in mind that all users need to live on the same address, otherwise we won't be able to help you.
