Premium for $99 not working

Hi! I keep trying to sign up for the year of premium for $99 and my payment won’t go through. I’ve used 3 different cards and I have a card on my account. Is anyone else having this issue?

I try to buy subscription with my paypal account, I proceed to paypal checkout page and then spotify just returns me back to the page with payment methods and nothing happens

I have a similar problem, I subscribe to the spotify family account yesterday (in germany though). I can see the payment under the bills section. But I have no access to the spotify family section and on the main page I see the regular premium subscription, this can not be right. 

There musst be some issues.

And by the way, that anoing captcha asked me a hundered times. I like the house nummers better, the recapcha system is just to much....

I have the same problem on my profile. Why? Help me please
