Premium for Family

Premium for Family

Hi,

 

I have an account connected to my mothers Premium for family subscription and i've check that im an active user at her subscription and the bill last month is payed via telia.se. An according to the information in the "Account details" at spotify im a premium-user connected to a Premuium Family subscription.

 

The problem is that im only able to see and use the Free-version functions.

- I have deleted the app in my iphone and i have reinstalled it. Login and log-out several times.

 

Whats the problem?

It sounds like you have an extra account that's Free. Can you make sure you're logging into the same account you see in your mom's subscription overview?
