Premium is being weird

Premium is being weird

I just subscribed to premium for the second time and for some reason, it isn't working very well. I no longer have ads and I can choose which songs I want to listen to but I have limited skips, I can't push the "previous" button, and if I push the shuffle button at the bottom of a song it shows me a message that says, "you've found a premium feature". I've restarted my phone, logged out and logged back in, and even deleted and redownloaded the app. What's happening?

Let's try to figure this out. Can you follow these steps for us?

 

  • Check your subscription page. Your status should be Premium.
  • If you're on Premium, try reinstalling the app with the steps here.
  • If it says Free, check the receipt we send to your email inbox. Make sure you're signing in with the username on that receipt. If the username on your receipt is a 10 digit number, please sign in with your Facebook login details.
