Premium not working

Premium not working

I dont understand why i lose all my music and i was charge for the Premium on Aug 1, 2017 on my paypal account. Now when i login into i have no music and its says i have to sign up again for Premium and i am not going to sign up again if i was already charge Aug 1, 2017. Just crazy! Today is August 7, 2017.

If you can't make use of the Premium features, could you have a look at this page and go through the steps? 🙂

 

Also be sure to check the following:

    • Log out and back into your account
    • The status of your subscription
    • The status of your payment
    • That your Premium subscription isn't on another account
