When you apply for a Premium offer, the subscription is automatically added to your account to start enjoying the benefits that Premium has for you. However, if the new features are not working, you could be logged in to a different account that has no active subscription.
First, we'd recommend logging out and back in using the email address where you received the confirmation of the subscription and the password you've registered. In case you don't remember your password, take a look at this article.
Lastly, if you still cannot see the Premium features, we'd recommend contacting our Customer Support directly so they can check your account and help you find the subscription you've made.
