1. I have an iphone8 and a premium account.. somehow I can’t listen to music when I don’t have WiFi.. I understand that part of the premium is the option to listen to music when you don’t have WiFi... how can I fix it?
2. How can I change my user name on the account section? It’s super long
Are you trying to listen to offline music without Wi-Fi? You have to make sure you downloaded your music in order to be able to listen to it offline, just go to Your Library/Playlists/Albums that you'd like to save offline and switch the "Download" button on.
Is your account connected to your Facebook? If this is the case,
I recommend you to confirm if the option "Facebook Processing Data" is enabled here.
