My Question or Issue

 

Today I received an e-mail telling me that my premium subscription has been paused. The money is in the account and every other month I have no problem so unsure of that one first. But now also it won’t let me subscribe again? Every time I do it tells me that ‘I’ve reached the maximum subscriptions for my mobile number.’ I survive long road trips with my Spotify so this is a massive inconvenience

Sounds like this could be a non-official email from a malicious email address.
I'd recommend checking out this Support article for the next steps to take.
