Premium trial confirmed, never activated

Hi! I would like to get some answers to my account. So, I apploed for Premium trial and got the confirmation one month ago. However it was never activated on my account, so I couldn't enjoy it. And today, my bank informed me that I paid for 1 month subscription for Spotify premium which is totally not fair, and anyway still I have basic account.. I don't want to share my private data and it seems like this is the only way to contact you. Please, see the screenshot from the order confirmation and from today with ad. If you could handle it, I would be grateful. R.

It looks like you are having some problems with your account or the app itself.

Follow these steps:

• Check your subscription page. Your status should be Premium. 
• If you're on Premium, try signing out and back into the app. If that didn't help you should try to reinstall the app as well. 
• If it says Free, check the receipt we send to your email inbox. Make sure you're signing in with the username on that receipt. If the username on your receipt is a 10 digit number, please sign in with your Facebook login details.

My status is stil Free account. I did not recieve any email for that transactions. I got only the confirmation of trail Premium that I attached and my bank account has been charged on 6th of August. Without changing to Premium.

I'm worried it would be charged each month, since I can not cancel it in the system (as it sees me as Free user). However I pay for a service I do not have.
