My Question or Issue

I've had premium family for TWO years. Yesterday my payment didn't go through so I followed the link and paid my credit card. Now, it charged me the wrong amount and  none of my kids have their music as it's showing up simply a regular plan not the premium family. I think it's complete **bleep** that you guys don't have a phone number for customer service. How am I supposed to get a hold of the billing department for them to take the remaining FOUR DOLLARS to get my premium family back? Grrrrr
