My Question or Issue

I just found out that my old old iphone still has a running payment at spotify premium, but I cant use it. I have the same email adress, account log in info, and only spotify with adds.. I now own a  Huawei. What to do? Have paid for at least 6 months premium that I didnt know of.. This happend when my credit card expired. I registred a new card, but when i still got adds i just tought it didnt go trough and started using my boyfriends spotify premium. But now I see that spotify has been charging me..

I only have two email accounts. Hotmail, wich is the one im using on spotify. Not premium. I also use gmail, but spotify couldnt find this account.

In that case, we suggest you reach out to our Customer Support team here. They'll be able to locate the account which is on Premium when you provide them with the relevant payment details.
