So i just got premium and i logged out of my account and realised that i dont even know anything of my account. So i went to paypal and removed my card. Does that stop the payments?

This doesn't sound good. According to what you're letting us know, it's possible that you have more than one Spotify account associated to you. If you'd like, you can find some useful information on how to locate additional Spotify accounts on this page.
