My Question or Issue

i had canceled my premium about 2 months ago because I had no longer used Spotify as regularly as I did , but money is still being taken out for my Spotify premium even though I’m on the free plan now

Thanks for reaching out.

 

It's possible that you've got an additional account with Spotify, so I recommend that you try locating it using this guide.
