Problem Payment Student Subscription

Hi,

I've tried to buy a Student Subscription. When Spotify sent me to SheerID I enterd the files requested. As I dind't see any mail coming I tried to subscribe a couple of times more, because it was written that the wouldn't have took money, then I saw the e-mails where it was written that was impossible to verify my student status. However I saw that Spotify brought 4 times money (4.99€) form my credit card. I also looked on my account but there isn't the receipt of this payment.

How could I receive my money back?
