Spotify with Fido

I signed up with Fido in June but only activated "6 month's free with Fido" September 1st. I am only able to receive the remaining time from the start of my activation of Fido and not Spotify. Is there a way to get the 6 month's free starting from when I activated Spotify (September 1st 2017) instead of my Fido account?(June 14 2017

It's a special offer from Fido, so I'd recommend reaching out to them to find out if it's possible or not.
