Problem changing from Duo to Family plan

Problem changing from Duo to Family plan

I am the owner of a Duo Plan, I'm trying to upgrade to a Family Plan, however everytime I clik on "Change Plan" the message "Ups something went wrong try again later" appears. 

 

I have tried many times and every single one the same thing happens. Can someone please help me with this issue? 😞

If you're getting this error message, we'd suggest to try again using a different device and/or internet connection. Also, try accessing the Premium Family upsell page through this link.
