Problem with Family account

Problem with Family account

I am a Premium user and have been for the past year. Last January my husband and I moved to another state, and our account remained fine. Today he lost access to it (I am the main user) allegedly because Spotify cannot verify we live in the same address. I have updated my account details and resent an invitation to his e-mail, but we get the same reply: Spotify cannot verify you live in the same address. What do I do? Who do I call? What number?

 

We live in São Jose dos Campos, SP, Brazil. I can send gas/light bill recepts to prove we live together, but I cannot find a place to talk to someone about it. Tried Facebook help but no reply.
