Trying to cancel Premium

Hello:
I've been trying to cancel my premium cause my free trial expired and i can't afford it right now. I can't be charged cause the details of my bank account are not updated. How can I cancel? Do I really have to use that form? I've followed a link on solved questions similar to this one but it only gives me an error. I did the subscription through the page, not through apple. Any other way of canceling it?
