Problem with STudent Premium account

My Question or Issue

I am suddenly being told that my Account has switched to Family Preium, although I am still verified as a student for student premium, and my Hulu and Showtime accounts are cancelled.  Payment was taken out on 10/03/2019.  Can someone please help me clear this up?
