Problem with my premium account

Problem with my premium account

Hello, I have problem with my premium account. I have paid every month for my premium account but I did not receive the premium acoount. My money went away from my bank account but my spotify account shows that I still have spotify free. I have been on spotify premium for about a year but after the blackout in March It went from spotify premium to spotify free. I can not even cancle it because like I said, It shows me that I have spotify free.

Hey @michihi 

 

Have you made sure you're logged in the right account, the one shown on the payment receipt? Maybe you somehow logged into the wrong one after the blackout situation resolved.

May I also ask what country you're in? 🙂
