Problem with updating Family premium

Problem with updating Family premium

I'm trying to get the Family Premium subscription to work. A family member of mine ordered the Family Premium and tried to send me an invitation which never showed up on my account/email. I already had my own Premium subscription which I think I should cancel before joining the Family Premium.

 

Now the problem is that when I login to check my account details, for some reason it shows that I'm a Spotify Free user although the Spotify app works as Premium and also shows that I'm a Premium user.

 

I really don't want to pay for my own Premium subscription AND the Family Premium at the same time.
