Unable to cancel premium

Unable to cancel premium

Hi ,

 

I was on a month long trip away when the date of Spotify Premium Free expired on 24th Sept. However, I was intending to cancel it fully as I do not use it often. 

Since now the transaction is already made, I have no choice and will continue to complete this month's subscription since it has already been debited through my card although I was unaware. 

However I tried to cancel on the Subscription and payment page, but i was not given an option to select Cancel. I have seen other reviews saying that it is possible on this page. 
Please see attached to view my screenshot,  which does not provide the CANCEL option. 

Can you please assist in helping me cancel, so I will not be charged any further after 24th October?

You've already cancelled your subscription, so I don't see what the issue is now? 🙂
