Hoy pagué en Rapipago por mi cuenta Premium Individual por 3 meses, pero en mis dispositivos no puedo usar Premium todavía y ya pasaron dos horas desde que se efectuó el pago

We'd recommend that you take a look at your Receipts page. There you should be able to see all your charges and check if you've been charged for the subscription. If you don't see the payment there, it means that it hasn't gone through successfully on our end.
In case you see that everything is good with the payment, but you're still not able to access Premium features, we'd suggest reaching out to our Customer Support via one of the channels here. As much as we'd like to help you - we don't have access to the necessary systems and tools to check this, however, the teams should be able to take a closer look into your account.

If you've paid and you've been charged, make sure you're logging into the correct account as you can be logged into two separate Spotify accounts both in the app and on our web page here.
We recommend that you log out > log back in and if you think it's possible that you have more than one account, it's worth checking this article.
If you're sure you're logged into the correct account, but you're still seeing ads, give us as many details as possible (is this happening during music/podcast playback for example) so we can decide what is best to suggest next.

Hola. Estoy intentado pagar mi premium con rapipago online y no encuentro la opción de esta empresa, tampoco de D.local como pone en el boleto de pago. Alguna ayuda?

Thanks for reaching out to the Community.
RapiPago is a cash based payment option and that is why you are unable to locate an online option to finalize a payment. As for DLocal it is currently supported in Brazil and in Argentina. If DLocal doesn't come up as a payment method we would suggest opening up an incognito tab to and try to process the payment from there.

Hi, I was able to get Rapi Pago to function. However, I had to generate a code and pay it at an office in Buenos Aires. It was a difficult task and once paid, took about 24 hours for Spotify to recognize it. Just wanted to let you know since neither Rapi Pago or Spotify will be of much help. It does seem to have worked in the end.

Hola!!! tengo el mismo problema, también pague 1 año por rapipago mediante Dlocal.com y hasta el momento sigo con la cuenta gratuita! ya pasaron más de 12 hs. Solucionaste el problema? Cuando tiempo tardo? En el cupón que ellos generan dice que es una acreditación inmediata, cuando no es es así.

RapiPago payments can take up to 72h to get registered. In case your Premium doesn't activate by that time, do let us know.
