Redeemed an annual gift card and a monthly subscription on same day. Can I cancel the monthly sub?

My Question or Issue

I tried to redeem a gift card for an annual subscription, and set up a monthly subscription. Now it looks like I was charged for the monthly subscription and the gift card was also redeemed. Can I get the monthly subscription canceled/refunded in favor of the annual? If not, can I use the month I've paid for and then get the annual subscription to kick in?

Thanks for reaching out.

If you've subscribed to monthly Premium and then redeemed a Gift Card, it'll start using the Premium time of your Gift Card after the current month has run out.
