Refund!!!

I was never notified that I would be charged 10$ after the 25th of September and I can provide pictures showing that I wasn't and the charge without my notification caught me by surprise and right now I went over on my card.  Can I have my money back please?  And cancel my subscription. I don't want anything to do with the company.

If you believe you're eligible for a refund, all you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
