I signed up for the 60 Day Trial promotion today and only got 30 days, I've never signed up for the 30 Day Trial, so I'm a little confused and I hope you can help me resolve this! Thank you.

(Saw this in another thread I used a Credit Card for recurring payment, so I should get the 60 Day Trial)
