My Question or Issue

 

I bought a 3 month membership yesterday in Los Angeles CA and when I was redeeming the code it told me it couldn’t redeem it so I called and the lady told me it’s ready to be activated but theirs a issue with the PIN ID because I tried making a new account and it couldn’t redeem the PIN ID. What’s the best way to approach this???
