My Question or Issue

I've received an email stating there is an offer for 3 months free on Spotify premium and when I click on the link in the email, it redirects to Spotify premium page where it states get 1 month free. There are no prompts or messages about eligibility which makes me believe I am eligible for the offer.

 

How do I claim the offer which included 3 months free?

Sorry to hear you missed out on the 3-Month Offer.

 

As @Luan explained very nicely in the thread here, that offer has ended on February 17th.

Hello @i_am_vishar welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

The only active offer available at the moment is the 1 month free of Premium. Maybe the email you received was an old one and that's why the 3 months offer is not available anymore.

I received the email 3 days ago. Still, if there are possibilities that the offer expired in 2 days, it's okay.

In my case the offer (banner is running right now) with 3 free months, but the subscription page offers only one month.

Thank you for reaching out to us and letting us know this.

 

Can you confirm that you're signed in to your account when you're trying to redeem the 3 month offer?

 

Also - could you try to open up the offer and redeem it in a incognito/private window? Sometimes the data stored in your browser can cause issues, but we can work around this by using a private/incognito window where no data is stored.
