My Question or Issue

 

Hello;

I have noticed that both App Store and Spotify charge me per month and thus I have been paying double charge for my Spotify account. I contacted with Spotify for the return of the payments that I have been paying unjustly and after a couple of mails in which various informations transmitted they suggested I would contact with App Store. When I identified the issue to the App Store they immediately refunded the last payment but there are a lot of payments which have been delivered to the App Store and Spotift both. Could someone instruct me on the issue so that I would be refunded the over-payment pleas ? Thank you ...
