Hi there,

 

I've recently reactivated my spotify premium account. I was offered 3 months @ £9.99 meaning my next payment wouldn't be due to leave my account until 29/09/19. If i wanted to upgrade to a family account would i lose this promotion and start getting charged £15.99 straight away? would i pay a subsidised amount until the 29th? or would i not pay anything until the 29th?

Hey @Dougie__, help's arrived!

Great question.

When you upgrade to Premium for Family, you will lose the 3 months for £0.99 promotion since this offer is only for individual Premium subscribers.

 

Also, you won't be charged right away, but your billing date will be brought forward due to the price differences.
