My Question or Issue

I have previously subscribed Spotify Premium via Partner with Singtel Telecom. I have since cancelled Spotify Premium with Singtel as I would like to subscribe to Spotify Family account. Singtel has informed me that my Spotify subscription with them has ended today, but when I logged into Spotify via browser, it still shows my subscription is still with Singtel. 

 

Could someone advise me how I can subscribe to Spotify Family? Thank you.

Perhaps it takes a while to update the status of your Spotify subscription. I'd suggest you to wait a day and check again. You can also contact @SpotifyCares on Twitter to get further help.

I will wait for another day to see if my Spotify subscription with Singtel has ended.
