Survey Reward?

Completed a survey on my phone as your advert proclaimed that i would get a month free for doing so, but survey completed and no premuim??

Survey was all about alcohol and was completed on your app on iOS

Did this ad show up again? I don't remember any ads telling you to complete a survey to get Premium.
