Spotify premium deal issue

Spotify premium deal issue

 

 

Hi everyone,

 

Last month I signed up for a Premium deal that said 3 months at 99p each. I paid the 99p for the first month during the promo period, but now my account only shows that I have one month at that price. Is this a bug or smth, as i  clearly remember it saying 3 months for 99p each but idk.

 

I’m a quite confused and want to make sure I’m not missing anything or the deal changing.

Thanks for checking. Can you check your account page and let me know when your next renewal date is? You can also send me a screenshot of what you see there. That’ll help me see if you should take action on this one.

Hey @Maisie255,

 

Thanks for the screenshots. What’s displayed on your account page is correct. You’ll be charged at your promotional rate until the trial expires, unless you switch or cancel plans within your trial period. When you trial period ends, the full Premium rate becomes in effect for you.
