Spotify students

Hi I have always been signed up as a Spotify student and I was verified again as a student in February but you have charged me premium price NZD twice now 😞

Hey @Sophietamika thanks for writing!

 

When you check your account status, does it show as regular Premium?

 

My first suggestion is that you follow this guide to finding any other accounts you might have subscribed to Premium and let me know if this helps.

hey thanks for your reply i have tried to change it back to studnet premuim but it said i have already redeemed this offer 😞 

Hey @Sophietamika.,

 

In this case, please try these steps:

 

1. Try basic troubleshooting (i.e. clear browser's cache/cookies, try using an incognito/private window, different browser)
2. Try on another device.

3.  Make sure pop-up is enabled.
3. Check and make sure that you dont have any other accounts.
