My Question or Issue

A few years back I started a premium subscription trough my Facebook account.

Some time after that I deleted my Facebook account, at that point I didn’t realise it would make things difficult with my Spotify account. And to make things worse I lost acces to the email account which was connected to my Facebook.

This wasn’t a problem because all my devices were still logged in to Spotify.

Untill recently all my devices logged themselfes out of Spotify.

The problem now is that I want to end my Premium subscription, but I can’t acces my account or email attached to the account.

Can anyone help me, because now I’m paying for the premium account but can’t use it.

In your situation, it will be best to contact Spotify support team directly by using one of the options described here: https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/ They will help you regain access to your account.
