I just canceled my spotify account , how do I get in touch with someone from spotify to stop payment from going through so I don't go negative

When you cancel your subscription, the system removes the automatic payment, so no new charges will be taken. However, if you want to make sure that there's no other subscription active, since we don't have access to users accounts from the Community, we'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Support, so they can check your account and help you further.
