Student Discount Not Working

I had a premium account but I unsubscibed because I am eligible for a student discount but now that I am trying to join spotify again through student discount it is not allowing me to?

Sheerid said I'd get an email within three days. It's the 4th day and I'm still not getting it. Is this really false advertising? This is disappointing.
